What types of projects does Sancai Maker take on?

Industrial control equipment, intelligent instruments, robotics actuators, UAV payloads, IoT devices, and custom mechatronic systems. Describe your functional goal and we'll assess feasibility.

How is confidentiality handled?

A mutual NDA is signed before any project details are shared. All development is closed-loop; no code or drawings are shared externally. Secure file transfer via encrypted channels.

Can I commission only part of the work?

Yes. Mechanical design, electronics, and software are each available as standalone engagements. You can also start with one module and expand the scope later.

What do I receive at project completion?

Mechanical drawings (SolidWorks / STEP), PCB schematics and Gerber files, embedded source code, BOM, and commissioning documentation. All IP belongs to the client.

Do you work with overseas clients?

Yes. We communicate in English and Chinese, and have experience delivering to clients in Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia. Time-zone-friendly meeting schedules available.

What engagement models are available?

Three models: Fixed-scope project delivery (lump sum), long-term technical partnership (retainer), and milestone-based sprints (pay per milestone). Choose what fits your workflow.

How long does a typical R&D project take?

Depends on scope. A simple PCB + firmware project: 4-6 weeks. A full mechatronic system with mechanical + electronics + software: 8-16 weeks. We provide a detailed timeline before starting.

Can you handle production after the prototype?

We focus on R&D and prototyping. For production, we can recommend trusted manufacturing partners and help with the production handoff, including test fixtures and QC procedures.
