Jet Maker

Precision Is Not a Coincidence.
It's 20 Years of Discipline.

Our parts spin inside research labs at HIT, operate inside systems at Institute 703, and carry light through optics at Xinguang Photonics.

FAQ

What materials can Jet Maker work with?

Aluminum alloys (6061, 7075, etc.), titanium alloys (TC4), stainless steel (304/316), copper alloys, and structural steels. We also machine engineering plastics (PEEK, POM, Nylon). Contact us for special or exotic materials.

What is the minimum order quantity?

No minimum. We regularly produce single prototype pieces. Whether it's one part or a thousand, we treat every order with the same precision and care.

Can you handle the full supply chain, including surface treatment?

Yes. Through trusted partner workshops, we coordinate anodizing, electroplating, sandblasting, heat treatment, and surface finishing. Submit drawings, receive finished parts — ready to assemble.

What is the tightest tolerance you can hold?

10 μm (10 microns / 1 silk) on small components. Specify your tolerance requirements in the RFQ and we'll confirm feasibility.

Do you serve international clients?

Yes. We ship globally. DHL / FedEx express delivery for prototypes; sea freight for production batches. All documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, material certs) included.

How long does a typical order take?

Simple prototypes: 3-7 working days. Medium-complexity parts: 7-15 days. Parts requiring post-processing (anodizing, plating, heat treatment): 15-25 days. Rush orders available on request.

What file formats do you accept?

STEP, IGES, SolidWorks (.sldprt), AutoCAD (.dwg/.dxf), and PDF drawings. 3D models are preferred for accuracy. Include GD&T annotations for critical dimensions.

Can I visit the workshop?

Absolutely. Our workshop is in Pingfang District, Harbin. Visitors are welcome by appointment. For remote clients, we offer video walkthroughs of the production process.

Ready to Get Your Parts Made?

Send us your drawings. We'll send back a quote within 24 hours.
